Gasti is provided by SaaSpero, LLC. By creating an account or using Gasti, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
Using Gasti
You must be at least 18 and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for access to your device and account. Gasti helps you record, organize, and understand information you provide; it is not a bank, accountant, investment adviser, lender, money transmitter, or emergency service.
Subscriptions and renewal
Paid Gasti memberships are sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play. The store shows the price, currency, taxes, trial or introductory eligibility, and renewal terms before you confirm. Payment is charged to your store account. Unless canceled, a subscription automatically renews at the then-disclosed price. Cancel in your store settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Refunds are handled under the store’s policies.
Free, Plus, and Household
Gasti Free includes the private on-device experience described in the app. Plus adds eligible cloud intelligence. Household includes Plus capabilities for the purchaser and shared planning for up to six people total. Availability and reasonable usage safeguards may evolve; we will give clear notice before a material reduction to a paid plan.
Household responsibilities
A household owner controls invitations and roles. Members can see shared information allowed by their role, while personal budget spaces remain separate. Do not add a person or financial information unless you have permission. Owners should remove access promptly when it is no longer appropriate.
Your content and privacy
You retain ownership of the financial information and content you provide. You give SaaSpero only the limited rights needed to operate the features you choose. Our Privacy Policy explains processing, sharing, security, retention, export, and deletion choices.
Safe and acceptable use
Do not misuse Gasti, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, upload unlawful material, evade usage safeguards, or use another person’s financial information without permission. We may limit or suspend abusive access where reasonably necessary to protect people or the service.
No financial guarantee
Budgets, categorization, forecasts, and AI responses can be incomplete or wrong. Review important amounts and proposed changes before relying on them. You remain responsible for financial, tax, legal, and investment decisions and should consult a qualified professional when appropriate.
Service changes and termination
You may stop using Gasti and delete your account at any time. We may change or discontinue features, but will provide reasonable notice for material changes that affect a paid membership when practicable. Store cancellation does not automatically delete your Gasti data; use the in-app deletion control for that.
Warranty, liability, and law
To the extent permitted by law, Gasti is provided as available without implied warranties, and SaaSpero is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited. These terms are governed by Delaware law, excluding conflict-of-law rules, subject to mandatory consumer protections where you live.
